- Advocate for partner opportunities and support governance and approval processes
- Build partner pipeline through outreach and referrals
- Coordinate onboarding change management and issue resolution with internal teams
- Develop partner strategic plans aligned to bank risk appetite
- Drive partner growth and commercial performance
- Ensure risk stewardship in regulated bank environment
- Influence decision makers and close partnership agreements
- Own partner lifecycle for embedded banking relationships
- Provide performance updates and manage escalations
