Tasks
- Coordinate with stakeholders for ticket work
- Execute and update ticket assignments
- Maintain accurate system documentation
- Maintain electronic security devices
- Provide daily updates on ticket work
- Read specifications drawings and control documents
- Record system changes for change management
- Repair electronic security systems
- Test repairs with clients and obtain acceptance
- Train users on proper operation
