Embedded Engineer - Motor Control Firmware
Tasks
- Bring up new board revisions and support deployment
- Debug hardware with logic analyzer oscilloscope and HIL setups
- Design real time bare metal firmware in C
- Develop calibration routines and fault handling
- Implement EtherCAT CAN slave stack and communication API
- Implement motor control loops with guaranteed timing
- Optimize FOC commutation and control algorithms
- Own bootloader flashing and fleet firmware update flow
- Use ADC DMA timers PWM and interrupts for high speed peripherals
