Embedded Solutions Engineer
Tasks
- Advise sales on technical strategy
- Align cross functional teams and manage project delivery
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Sales to define delivery scope
- Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps
- Design scalable configurable solutions using platform and APIs
- Improve internal delivery tools and processes
- Lead end to end implementations from discovery to post go live
- Maintain documentation and enable knowledge transfer
- Mentor junior team members and support product roadmap
- Reimagine processes with automation best practices
