Embedded Technical Account Manager
Tasks
- Conduct technical health reviews and optimization
- Coordinate technical escalations and issue resolution
- Identify and mitigate technical operational and organizational risks
- Lead release readiness activities
- Maintain customer documentation and runbooks
- Manage integration planning and go live readiness
- Provide technical leadership and guidance
- Serve as primary technical point-of-contact
- Support customer adoption and workflow optimization
- Support deployment planning and implementation
- Track KPIs and run business reviews
