Engineer II - Data Analytics (Hybrid)
Tasks
- Build cost allocation and tagging for accurate cost attribution
- Create and maintain cost optimization dashboards and reporting tools
- Create technical documentation for cost efficient infrastructure patterns
- Develop cost data collection and processing pipelines
- Develop scripts and automation tools for cost optimization workflows
- Implement and test cost optimization recommendations
- Implement cost guardrails and automated policies to prevent cost overruns
- Implement cost monitoring and alerting solutions across cloud platforms
- Integrate cloud billing APIs with internal systems
- Monitor and maintain cost management tools and systems
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Participate in on call rotation for cost management systems
- Support data quality initiatives for cost reporting accuracy
- Troubleshoot cost related technical issues
