Tasks
- Administer Linux operating system
- Apply patches and security changes monitor compliance and analyze compatibility
- Conduct performance, capacity, and security audits
- Deliver consulting support and training
- Escalate issues to vendors per SOPs
- Lead incident management and crisis escalations
- Maintain CMDB entries
- Monitor troubleshoot patch and de install storage systems
- Operate storage infrastructure
- Perform lifecycle support for storage systems
- Perform problem management root cause analysis and trend analysis
- Prepare and deliver reports and recommendations
- Prepare review implement rollback and test change records
- Resolve customer incidents via phone email or remote sessions
