Tasks
- Build full time dedicated engineering team
- Define objective evaluation criteria
- Design evals and benchmarks for objective measurement
- Develop vector agentic coding sandbox harness and memory retrieval
- Implement AI native incident detection diagnosis and remediation
- Implement knowledge graph traversal retrieval
- Improve token efficiency for AI spend
- Increase shipped pull requests per engineer via automation
- Lead AI assisted agentic code review to reduce defects
- Manage prompt classification and model routing
- Manage third party AI tooling vendors
- Optimize context update mechanisms
- Optimize system prompts for AI assisted coding
- Own NuContext ontology and context curation standards
- Own and scale AI developer experience pillar
- Run build vs partner engagements with third party vendors
