Tasks
- Architect LLM gateway and model serving infrastructure
- Build MLOps platform experiment tracking model versioning and deployment pipelines
- Build agent runtime infrastructure with memory and tool calling
- Create developer APIs SDKs and documentation for model deployment
- Design enterprise observability cost attribution and anomaly detection
- Develop production monitoring alerting drift detection and model health
- Enforce guardrails and policy controls input output filtering PII detection and prompt injection defenses
- Implement deployment pipeline with Trusted AI sign off canary A B testing and rollback
- Implement multi model routing rate limiting and audit logging
- Maintain GxP compliant tamper evident audit logging
- Operate enterprise model registry with audit trail and risk tiers
- Plan multi tenant AI platform compute capacity and FinOps governance
- Provision compute and AI environments with infrastructure as code
