- Build and lead data and ML platform engineering team
- Communicate progress and impact to stakeholders
- Contribute to data and ML platform roadmap
- Design build and facilitate modern data and ML platform adoption
- Develop ML Ops practices for model lifecycle management
- Drive continuous improvement using operational metrics
- Establish observability metrics and alerting using SLI SLO
- Implement model performance monitoring in production
- Institute data security compliance and quality best practices
- Lead ML experimentation platform development and scaling
- Manage data preparation cataloging feature engineering model training and model serving pipelines
- Oversee scalable ML pipeline design implementation and maintenance
- Partner with product engineering and data science teams to translate requirements into platform capabilities
