- Analyze SAN tracing and packet captures
- Collaborate with customer sites for diagnostics
- Coordinate cross functional defect reproduction and debugging
- Create technical documentation for knowledge base
- Create technical reports and action timelines
- Diagnose and resolve complex storage outages
- Drive root cause analysis and prevention plans
- Isolate hardware faults
- Lead technical escalation for storage incidents
- Maintain runbooks and escalation procedures
- Participate in on-call incident response
- Perform firmware and software analysis
- Provide technical mentoring for troubleshooting
- Triage production issues using log analysis
- Validate fixes and ensure timely releases
