Tasks
- Assess participant ability to self direct and employer responsibilities
- Complete criminal background checks
- Coordinate service approval and authorization with stakeholders
- Educate participants on program requirements and self direction
- Follow up on referrals for participant directed services
- Identify and report suspected fraud abuse neglect and exploitation
- Identify and triage enrollment barriers
- Instruct on payroll vendor payments tax withholding and reporting
- Maintain documentation in accordance with policies
- Obtain employer identification numbers
- Perform in home visits as applicable
- Process enrollment documentation and eligibility requirements
- Support participants and employers with enrollment documentation
- Train participants on timesheet completion and financial management systems
- Update enrollment status in portal and systems
