- Design develop and maintain enterprise data models
- Drive best practices for data engineering methodologies and tools
- Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance
- Lead and develop data engineering teams
- Mentor team members via code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Optimize data models and pipelines for performance reliability scalability and cost efficiency
- Provide technical leadership for data modelling and pipelines
- Stay current with emerging data engineering technologies
