Tasks
- Administer employee benefits
- Build dashboards and self-service analytics
- Collaborate with HR business vendors and unions
- Collect validate and analyze HR data
- Conduct pay equity analysis
- Ensure compliant compensation processes
- Ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
- Maintain compensation policies and documentation
- Manage access and system configuration
- Manage salary review and bonus processes
- Produce regular and ad hoc people analytics reports
