- Define and govern service delivery methodology
- Define workforce planning capacity management and resource utilization
- Enforce technical standards and MLOps best practices
- Engage C level stakeholders on delivery and architecture
- Implement performance management frameworks
- Lead forward deployed engineering and customer success engineering
- Lead professional services organization scaling
- Maintain alignment with global engineering deployment leadership
- Manage professional services budget and operating plan
- Monitor customer satisfaction delivery quality and engagement health
- Operationalize AI deployments for security scalability and maintainability
- Own professional services P L
- Recruit assess and develop technical talent
- Represent company at industry events and partner forums
- Scope solution and pitch professional services engagements
- Serve as senior technical point of contact for enterprise customers
