Tasks

• Communicate incident status and remediation plans to clients
• Coordinate incident response and post incident documentation
• Ensure SLA adherence for data availability and freshness
• Execute pipeline reruns and data validations
• Investigate alerts data delays and pipeline failures
• Lead coach and support analysts and associates
• Lead daily production operations for data platforms
• Maintain runbooks checklists and operational documentation
• Reduce manual effort through scripting and automation
• Serve as first escalation point for incidents
• Support onboarding and validate operational readiness for new pipelines
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Use monitoring and alerting to detect operational risks
