- Coordinate electrical safety requirements
- Coordinate hazardous materials and environmental radio regulations
- Create safety cases
- Create safety requirement specifications
- Define safety critical requirements for hardware and software
- Design and validate functional safety architecture for AI and ML
- Develop validation plans
- Lead functional safety from concept through deployment
- Mentor functional safety engineers across the organization
- Monitor regulatory and standards landscape
- Oversee third party vendors and labs for V and V
- Perform FMEDA analyses
- Perform risk assessments
- Run SISTEMA analyses
- Support CE marking and regulatory compliance
- Verify and validate safety in field deployments
