- Conduct risk assessment and ensure compliance standards
- Configure integrate and maintain SCADA and DCS systems
- Coordinate with OEMs system integrators and plant operations
- Develop control philosophy and functional design documents
- Drive continuous improvement for reliability throughput and energy efficiency
- Lead automation projects end-to-end
- Perform performance validation FAT SAT and safety checks
- Prepare project documentation technical reports and training materials
- Support installation testing commissioning and handover
- Troubleshoot PLC communication networks and motion control
