Tasks
- Conduct performance validation FAT and SAT
- Configure integrate and maintain SCADA and DCS systems
- Coordinate with OEMs system integrators and plant operations
- Develop system architecture and control philosophy for ASRS and AGVs
- Drive continuous improvement for reliability throughput and energy efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety norms and automation standards
- Lead automation projects from concept design through commissioning
- Prepare project documentation technical reports and training materials
- Provide technical direction during installation testing commissioning and handover
- Troubleshoot PLC communication networks and motion control systems
