Field Supervisor, Telecom Fulfillment
Tasks
- Assign CPE to technicians
- Conduct KPI verification calls
- Coordinate client equipment tracking
- Distribute and redistribute daily work
- Ensure safety standards compliance
- Ensure secure and maintained resources
- Mentor and develop technicians
- Monitor technician progress with workforce tools
- Oversee daily installation and fulfillment operations
- Perform in person quality checks
- Provide coaching and feedback
- Respond to client calls and escalations
- Review completed work and provide feedback
- Support CPE delivery stocking and scanning
- Support technician troubleshooting
- Validate not done jobs with customers
- Verify technicians readiness
