- Assess funding opportunities financial risk and viability
- Coordinate monthly financial closings
- Deliver finance training for non finance colleagues
- Develop annual planning and multi year budget frameworks
- Lead grant opening review closure meetings
- Lead programme finance business partnering
- Line manage Programme Finance Officer
- Maintain internal financial controls and risk management
- Maintain programme financial risk register
- Manage aged debt and receivables
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Prepare project budgets for donor proposals
- Produce budget vs actual reports
- Provide financial analysis and scenario modelling
- Support audit readiness and donor audit responses
