AI Research Engineer (Agentic Post-training) - 100% Remote Worldwide
Tasks
- Collaborate across tooling product and training teams to improve agentic capabilities
- Conduct end to end research for post training of agentic tool use models
- Design large scale post training systems data pipelines training workflows evaluation frameworks
- Develop evaluation suites and diagnostic tools for deployment readiness
- Drive model improvements for factuality instruction adherence and tool function use
- Liaise with research engineering and cross functional teams for production ready integrations
- Strengthen feedback loops from real world product usage
