Senior Software Engineer (Pipeline team)
Tasks
- Automate model rollout canary deployments and rollback
- Automate training triggers evaluation gates and deployment workflows
- Build and maintain data ingestion preprocessing training evaluation serving pipelines
- Build experimentation and AB testing frameworks
- Collaborate with ML scientists product managers and infrastructure teams
- Define SLOs for model and pipeline health
- Design ML pipelines
- Design secure high performance ML infrastructure
- Ensure security and compliance for pipelines and model artifacts
- Evaluate and adopt ML tooling
- Extend CI CD to ML lifecycle
- Implement drift detection data quality monitoring and alerting
- Implement model versioning and data versioning
- Implement prompt versioning across environments
- Implement unit testing and coding standards
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
- Operate side by side deployment infrastructure
- Perform peer code reviews
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
