Tasks
- Engage with top customers on data and AI strategy
- Ensure resiliency of production jobs
- Lead and grow data and AI technical teams
- Optimize performance of production workloads
- Partner with product engineering teams to improve supportability
- Provide 24x7 support coverage through global coordination
