Forward Deployment Engineer
Tasks
- Build and optimize data pipelines
- Collaborate with product engineering on GenAI agent integration
- Configure networking and security
- Customize agent triggers and workflows
- Deploy data platform in client cloud environments
- Gather customer feedback for product improvements
- Implement CI/CD pipelines
- Integrate data migration and data quality workflows
- Integrate identity and access management
- Lead operational reliability monitoring and support SLAs
- Manage Kubernetes deployments
- Onboard data sources targets and transformations
- Optimize scaling cost and performance
- Provide technical support through discovery configuration runbooks and UAT
- Troubleshoot environment infrastructure IAM and pipeline issues
