Associate, Enrollment Services
Tasks
- Advise students on enrollment process
- Assist with interviewing hiring and training staff
- Coordinate TSI compliance and audits
- Coordinate admissions and registration services
- Coordinate admissions testing referrals
- Coordinate training for enrollment services
- Input and approve time and labor data
- Issue official college transcripts and verifications
- Maintain confidentiality under FERPA
- Maintain regulatory compliance of TSI
- Maintain transcript security procedures
- Manage student records
- Monitor staff functions
- Process Never Attended report for federal financial aid
- Provide information on college enrollment policies and procedures
- Reconcile data for state and federal reporting
- Represent college in recruitment and retention events
- Research process refund petitions
- Screen students and advise on withdrawal process and TSI requirements
