Frontier Agent Engineering Manager, Enterprise
Tasks
- Architect multi-agent orchestration systems
- Build and maintain prompt libraries and templates
- Build data connectors and ETL pipelines
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers
- Conduct prompt experimentation and AB testing
- Create prompt engineering strategies
- Debug complex technical issues end to end
- Deploy and configure AI models and agents in production
- Design and implement custom platform integrations
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows
- Develop production grade AI agents
- Implement agent evaluation frameworks
- Implement model fine-tuning pipelines
- Implement retrieval augmented generation systems
- Lead engineering team and technical point of contact
- Partner with enterprise customers to integrate AI
- Prototype solutions to unblock customers
