Fulfillment and Logistics Program Manager
Tasks
- Define program benchmarks and build dashboards
- Design end to end fulfillment processes
- Develop capacity planning and inventory strategies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross functional service fulfillment programs
- Manage change rollout of WMS TMS FSM and ERP integrations
- Manage relationships with 3PLs carriers and repair partners
- Negotiate contracts and measure partner performance
- Optimize logistics and reverse logistics
- Own risk management and business continuity planning
