Fulfillment Brand Manager - Team Lead
Tasks
- Analyze logistics data and provide partner insights
- Collaborate with leadership and logistics teams to improve 3PL offerings
- Communicate partner status and reporting professionally
- Design and implement processes and systems to streamline goods movement
- Develop business plans to improve operational efficiency
- Manage fulfillment partner accounts
- Monitor account health for inventory flow shipping accuracy and fulfillment speed
- Oversee onboarding of new partners into 3PL systems
- Resolve complex requests from 3PL partners
- Serve as liaison between fulfillment partners and logistics operations
