- Identify work imbalances in picking process
- Interact with drivers for load pickup and drop off
- Investigate and research order issues
- Maintain claims on file
- Manage field inbox for reported issues
- Manage pick assignments
- Manage staging for pack and ready for load
- Monitor Korber reporting
- Prepare and process vendor breakage claims
- Prepare bill of lading and shipping paperwork
- Prioritize replenishments based on released orders
- Process FedEx store shipments
- Process and bill shipped orders
- Process iPro orders
- Provide updates on UPH short ships and order fill rate
- Release orders using daily order schedule
- Respond to and forward order flow staging emails
- Support adjustments to picking workflow
