- Maintain device movements planning
- Manage limited inventory device lifecycle
- Manage return supply shipments
- Monitor and recommend order management SLAs
- Monitor response time SLAs
- Prepare bulk order files for vendors
- Pull daily reports and create work lists
- Respond to supply order status inquiries
- Ship limited inventory devices
- Track fulfillment requests end to end
- Triage equipment to vendors
