Fulfillment Operations Supervisor
Tasks
- Audit and verify order accuracy
- Coach team members to reduce defects
- Communicate escalations and anomalies
- Complete administrative duties
- Conduct team training and cross training
- Coordinate client communication for work orders and invoices
- Coordinate internal teams for operational changes
- Drive operational performance goals
- Ensure order accuracy and SLA compliance
- Execute client specific process rollouts
- Handle client inquiries and complaints
- Maintain safe warehouse operations
- Manage order processing
- Monitor daily operations for quality compliance
- Plan and manage fulfillment labor
- Provide performance feedback and reviews
- Support client and vendor negotiations
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues
