Tasks
- Assume store leadership on duty responsibilities
- Deliver guest experience commitments
- Ensure compliance with safety and ethics standards
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed
- Establish goals for quality accuracy and timeliness
- Evaluate and recommend candidates for roles
- Execute physical security processes
- Follow safe and secure training for key carrier duties
- Lead fulfillment goals and drive results
- Lead pickup and ship from store workload
- Model and lead incident response
- Monitor fulfillment reporting for gaps
- Observe performance and provide feedback
- Order and stock supplies
- Perform cash register operations as needed
- Plan daily workload and execution
- Review metrics to identify opportunities
- Support guest services including order pickup and Drive Up
- Support merchandise protection strategies
- Train team members on guest experience and operations
