Tasks
- Coach and develop team members
- Deliver guest experience commitments
- Drive process improvements and execution
- Enforce quality accuracy and timeliness standards
- Ensure food safety guidelines
- Ensure orders are fulfilled to delivery freshness and service standards
- Ensure safe and secure training for key carrier duties
- Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions
- Execute physical security processes
- Identify and correct workplace hazards and respond to incidents
- Lead pickup and ship from store workload
- Model ethical conduct safety and compliance
- Observe performance and provide feedback
- Operate cash register as needed
- Operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Order and stock supplies
- Plan daily workload for the team
- Provide on duty leadership as needed
- Review fulfillment reporting and resolve gaps
- Review guest financial and team outcome metrics
- Support merchandise protection strategies
- Support order pick up and drive up guest services
- Support store emergency and compliance needs
- Train team members on guest experience and operations
