Tasks
- Assume store leadership on duty responsibilities
- Create daily plans for the team
- Deliver guest experience commitments
- Ensure food safety compliance
- Ensure supplies are ordered and stocked
- Execute physical security processes
- Lead pickup and ship from store fulfillment
- Lead safety culture and incident response
- Model ethical conduct safety and compliance
- Observe performance and provide feedback
- Plan daily workload using planning tools
- Review fulfillment reporting and resolve gaps
- Review metrics and drive process improvements
- Support guest services including order pickup and Drive Up
- Support merchandise protection strategies
- Train and coach team on guest experience and operations
