- Assume store leadership on duty when needed

- Evaluate and recommend candidates

- Lead safety and compliance culture

- Model physical security processes
- Observe performance and provide feedback
- Order and stock supplies
- Plan daily workload for team
- Review fulfillment reporting and resolve gaps
- Review metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Set goals for quality accuracy and timeliness
- Support guest services and maintain compliance culture
- Support merchandise protection strategies
- Train and coach team on operations standards
