- Assume store leadership on duty during shifts
- Deliver guest experience commitments
- Ensure food safety guidelines and fresh items
- Evaluate candidates and support onboarding
- Execute physical security processes
- Follow safe and secure training and processes
- Lead pickup and ship from store
- Lead safety and incident response
- Maintain compliance culture for order pickup and drive up
- Observe performance and provide feedback
- Order and stock supplies
- Plan daily workload for team
- Review fulfillment reporting and resolve gaps
- Review metrics and drive improvements
- Set goals for quality accuracy and timeliness
- Support merchandise protection strategies
- Train and ensure team delivers operating standards
- Use workload planning tools to fulfill orders
