Tasks

• Align purchase orders with delivery schedule and requirements
• Coordinate inbound freight customs clearance and local transportation
• Identify root causes for late backlog and implement recovery plans
• Monitor supplier order acknowledgments and dispatch advice
• Process invoices and maintain high service level
• Purchase goods from internal and external suppliers
• Release purchase requisitions and initiate purchase orders in ERP
• Track purchase order backlog and perform expediting
• Verify goods received at warehouse
