- Enhance donor service and customer experience
- Follow up sponsor and donor leads by phone and email
- Generate donor transaction lists
- Identify process improvements
- Process sponsor sign ups
- Provide daily income reports during emergency appeals
- Respond to sponsor and donor inquiries
- Send welcome kits
- Sort and assign records to teams
