Fulfillment Specialist - Rochester, NH
Tasks
- Communicate with members and partners
- Coordinate with internal and external partners
- Ensure lending compliance with regulations
- Establish membership accounts for non members
- Execute back end processing for check vehicle loan purchases
- Fund approved consumer loans
- Generate overnight tracking labels
- Investigate post funding report findings
- Maintain member financial data confidentiality
- Manage batch checks reconciliation
- Monitor and process service requests
- Perform quality control reviews
- Prioritize workload to meet service goals
- Process Regulation Z rate processing
- Process and distribute physical checks for overseas branches
- Process loan documentation received by mail
- Regenerate loan contracts
- Research and resolve funding errors
- Resolve documentation discrepancies
- Review vehicle loan documentation
- Track document and funding errors and trends
- Update loan applications and issue loan contracts
