Tasks
- Conduct fulfillment audits
- Ensure packages are packed and shipped in pristine condition
- Execute new hire training and orientation
- Maintain clean safe fulfillment workspace and equipment
- Monitor fulfillment metrics fill rates ship speed ready on time NPS packed with care
- Partner with store leaders to execute shared functions
- Review and audit outgoing packages and redirect team when needed
- Schedule team to stay within workload hours
- Serve as owner for store NPS order packed with thought and care
- Supervise fulfillment workload and task management
- Train and lead pick and pack team
- Use workload projection tools and forecasts
