- Manage returns and item handling
- Monitor employee productivity
- Organize workflow and assign tasks
- Pick merchandise using pick list device
- Print staging ticket packing slip shipping labels
- Process member orders
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Securely package orders
- Update merchandise locations and staging areas
- Verify merchandise with handheld scanner
