- Ensure on time order readiness
- Execute fulfillment audit standards
- Maintain clean safe fulfillment environment
- Manage workload and allocate resources
- Meet fulfillment metrics including fill rates and ship speed
- Model packing behaviors and provide feedback
- Operate fulfillment related equipment and devices
- Participate in workload planning meetings
- Pick and pack orders
- Review and audit outgoing packages
- Schedule staff within workload hours
- Supervise daily fulfillment tasks
- Train and lead order packing team
- Use workload projection tools and forecasts
