- Act as subject matter expert for fulfillment applications
- Coordinate with store leaders for shared execution
- Drive store NPS order packed with care
- Ensure fulfillment metric compliance
- Execute fulfillment audit standards
- Maintain clean safe fulfillment environment
- Model packing behaviors
- Plan workload using projection tools and forecasts
- Provide feedback and performance recognition
- Redirect team when quality standards not met
- Review and audit outgoing packages
- Run new hire training and orientation transitions
- Schedule staff to meet workload hours
- Supervise daily fulfillment tasks
- Train and lead pick and pack teams
