- Apply guardrails explainability and auditability for AI decisions
- Build self healing automation runbooks for incidents and service requests
- Design build deploy AI ML solutions for ITSM ticket automation
- Develop APIs workflows and event driven automations for monitoring logging and ITSM
- Develop NLP models for ticket summarization and root cause detection
- Ensure AI compliance security privacy and reliability
- Ensure handoff between AI systems and human support engineers
- Implement AI virtual agents or copilots for support engineers and users
- Implement model monitoring for performance drift and accuracy
