Cloud Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Continuously improve cloud support workflows
- Create and maintain troubleshooting and support documentation
- Deploy Azure resources using infrastructure as code
- Develop automation for repetitive operational tasks
- Execute pipelines and scripts for resource automation
- Gather and analyze onboarding requirements for data landing zones
- Investigate and resolve Databricks support requests
- Provide first level cloud support through ServiceNow
- Provision configure and modify Azure and Databricks resources
