- Manage staffing assignments and vendor coordination
- Manage stakeholder check ins and executive reporting
- Own client delivery from discovery to adoption
- Prepare executive briefings and decision memos
- Run discovery and define success metrics risks and requirements
- Set evaluation routines for accuracy latency cost and quality
- Track budget scope and deliverables against SOWs
- Translate priorities into plans and measurable outcomes
