- Build RAG pipelines for chunking embedding retrieval reranking evaluation
- Conduct discovery workshops and solution reviews
- Debug non deterministic agent outputs
- Debug production agent failures
- Define agent topology tool routing memory strategy state machines fallback handling
- Design multi-agent orchestration systems
- Evaluate new models frameworks and tooling
- Guide review and ship AI assisted code
- Integrate agent systems with enterprise APIs
- Mentor junior AI engineers and raise engineering quality
- Own end to end delivery of AI native programs
- Prepare technical proposals and POC plans
- Run agentic coding workflows
- Translate business problems into agent architectures
