- Build training scoring pipelines for classical and deep ML
- Define SLOs latency uptime cost autoscaling spend controls
- Design agent orchestration patterns manage agent state long running workflows
- Develop unified API and SDKs REST gRPC observability
- Enable multi model multi vendor LLM canarying and versioning
- Enforce safety privacy content filtering prompt response validation PII redaction
- Evolve domain graph entity resolution data ingestion pipelines
- Implement human in the loop review safe actioning
- Implement smart routing rate limits quotas failover token cost tracking
- Maintain model agent registry versioning approvals audit trails
- Monitor model and data drift retrain and tune models
- Operate agent runtime tool registry permissions function calling grounding retrieval
- Provide real time context to agents with access controls lineage
- Run offline and online evaluations for quality factuality bias safety
