GenAI Support Lead - Manager
Tasks
- Act as primary escalation point
- Analyze AI solution specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive preventive actions
- Coordinate with engineering QA product and governance teams
- Ensure SLA SLO adherence and report operational metrics
- Execute LLM and AI agent validation plans
- Lead end-to-end support operations
- Maintain runbooks SOPs and knowledge articles
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests
- Monitor and validate LLM prompt response behavior
- Perform regression testing after model updates
- Provide L2 and L3 support
- Support responsible AI governance and compliance
